Health and fitness has always been an important part of my life. I started competing in sports when I was seven years old and continued to complete all the way up through college as a D2 track athlete. After college I began competing in road races and even accomplished running a few half marathons.
After a few years of training for road races I began to look into more competitive sports that I could do. I absolutely fell in love with bodybuilding and stepped on stage for my first NPC show in May 2014. After that first show I knew without a doubt that this was what I wanted to do.
I joined Underrated Muscle in June 2014 with the goal of earning my IFBB pro card. I had much success in the NPC with Underrated Muscle earning seven first-place finishes and a pro card at Miami Nationals in November 2014. I made my Pro debut the very next year (2015) and was fortunate enough to earn three top 5 finishes.
This year has already started off even better than my rookie season with a top-three finish under my belt. I am excited to continue to make improvements this year and work towards competing on the Olympia stage!
